item Transport Plates are used as a load-carrying component when lifting frames from above to move them. The fixings included in the scope of supply are used to screw them to the core bores at the end face of a Profile 8 80×40 or Profile 8 80×80. Their M10 thread is used to install Lifting Point M10, WLL 0.4 t, rotating.
The load-carrying capacity of the Transport Plates and the Lifting Point is up to 4000 N. This means structures can be lifted from above and moved to a new location in line with CE requirements.
Lifting Point M10, WLL 0.4 t, rotating is intended for lifting and moving heavy loads. To ensure easy alignment, the lifting eye can still be rotated 360 degrees when installed. Lifting Point M10, WLL 0.4 t, rotating and Transport Plate Sets 8 comply with the European Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
Both products are perfectly coordinated and have been tested to German Social Accident Insurance (DGUV) regulation 100-500.
The striking bright pink coloring of the Lifting Point indicates that it can be used to accommodate loads.
